Carl and Cindy here from Mexico City! This a.m. we had a delicious vegan breakfast and wanted to share this great non-dairy alternative way to start your day. It’s called Birge-muesli and is from Stuttgart where both our Opa’s (grandfathers) are from.

The night before set aside a bowl of rolled oats and freshly squeezed orange juice. Just enough to cover the oats. Place in the fridge and let sit overnight. The oats will plump and absorb the OJ. In the morning add your favorite diced fruit or nuts and dig in. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
